鼻为呼吸气体出入的门户,鼻道畅通,则肺气也通畅。长期坚持鼻部保健足底按摩法,可以改善鼻部的血液循环,增强抵抗力,预防鼻炎的发生。
反射区选取
■ 鼻、喉及气管、额窦、大脑、肝、脾、扁桃体。

■ 鼻反射区运用拇指指腹按压法,喉及气管反射区运用食指勾掌法。其余反射区运用食指扣拳法。
