4.3　Raw Materials

4.3.1　The model，specifications，quality，quantity and performance of raw materials and standard elements shall conform to the requirements of the design technical document or related current national product standards.In case of mobilization，acceptance shall be performed with corresponding record.

Quantity to be checked:Check all of quality certification documents.Randomly check 1% of actual products（not less than five pieces）.If repeat test is required in the design technical document or related national standards，it is required to perform repeat test.

Inspection method:Check the quality certification documents，repeat test record and acceptance record；carry out appearance inspection or actual measurement.
