3 沸水锅中加3毫升生抽、1克鸡粉、盐、料酒、猪肚,煮熟;鹌鹑蛋滑油;剩余未处理食材、蛋卷、猪肚改刀。

5 最后将基围虾焯水捞出;取砂锅,放入大白菜摆好,放上余下食材,摆放整齐。
