香杏脆饼

饼坯:
奶油125克,糖粉125克,全蛋液45克,中筋面粉250克,奶香粉3克
馅:
砂糖63克,葡萄糖浆25毫升,鲜奶油50克,杏仁片100克

饼坯完成后扎孔,可以防止加热后底部有气孔。也可将杏仁片换成其他干果,自己发挥创意,会有意想不到的效果。刚出炉的饼干要放凉后才会变脆。
